Getting started
Set up your account, verify your domain and send your first campaign.
Getting a new account from zero to the first delivered campaign involves three steps, and the order matters. First, verify your sending domain: publishing the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records proves to mailbox providers that your email is legitimate, and everything you send afterwards benefits from it. The settings generate the exact DNS records for you and verify them live, so this is typically done in under an hour.
Second, bring your audience in. The importer takes CSV exports from any platform, maps columns to fields once, and preserves what matters most: unsubscribed contacts stay unsubscribed, tags stay tags, and custom fields carry over. If you are moving from Mailchimp, Klaviyo or another platform, the migration guide covers the platform-specific quirks.
Third, send something small. Your first campaign should go to your most engaged contacts rather than the whole list: a new domain builds its sending reputation with every delivery, and starting warm makes every later send land better. The guides below walk through each step in detail.
