Deliverability and account
Domain authentication, GDPR, billing and troubleshooting.
Deliverability is whether your email reaches the inbox or the spam folder, and most of it is decided by things you control once and habits you keep. The one-time part is domain authentication: SPF, DKIM and DMARC records that prove your mail is legitimate, generated for you with live verification in the settings. The habit part is list quality: send to people who asked, remove the silent, and keep complaint rates low.
The platform handles the infrastructure side automatically: RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe headers on every marketing send, immediate suppression of unsubscribes, hard bounces and complaints, signed tracking links and bot filtering. Suppressed contacts are never emailed again and never count toward your bill.
This category also covers the account itself: the free tier and trial, how plans and billing work, and the GDPR tooling - consent records, data export and erasure, and EU data hosting. Every plan includes every feature; plans differ only by audience size, and suppressed contacts never count. Start with deliverability basics if your open rates look wrong; start with the billing guide if you are choosing a plan.
